This week I have been thinking a lot about YING AND YANG … GOOD AND BAD … PRETTY AND UGLY … POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE and so I can go on.

I believe that everything in life is black or white, there is no grey or in between that can exists. You need to make a decision every single day, will today be good or will it be bad?

In life or in business there will always be obstacles, but how do you react towards these unexpected situations? How do you react when someone hurts you? How do you react when you lose a loved one? How do you react when your child or animal is sick? How do you react when you loose your job? How do you react when you did not get that sales? How do you react when something bad, negative, ugly happens to you?

There is so many articles on self-help, but when reality strikes you forget those articles you have once read.

It made me think.  When we have business meetings, we discuss so many bad, ugly, negative objectives … we behind on sales, the pitch did not go well, employee is not performing, the economy and political impact on the business yikes and so the list go on.

But we should always remember to bring the good to the meeting as well.  What went right, what we did well and all the positives out there.

We so flooded with negatives we forget to look for the positives that is around us.

Start searching for those positives.

Start a YING YANG list – for every negative you put out (in words, actions or thoughts) correct it by putting out one positive and see how your thought process starts to shift in seeing the positives around you, within you.

You were not given a good or a bad life.  You were given a life.  It is up to you to decide if it is going to be a good life or a bad life.

Remember to celebrate YOU,

Love, Cindy

Well where should I start?  Dear Diary (I’ve always wanted to say those words :)) Well Diary, I am not a writer and I never had a diary growing up. (I think I did try a few times but never succeeded.) So this is where you and I start our journey. Together.

I did some research on why you should start a blog, and the two reasons I took away from various articles was that it can improve your communication and it can improve your thinking process.

I loved this. In life, whether business or your relationship communication is one of the most important aspects, yet we struggle so badly with this, I think technology plays a huge role here, but nothing we cannot fix.  If blogging can help me, then I will blog daily.

Improving my thinking process, I need to think about things more clearly and not just let life pass me by.  All of a sudden I look differently at the world, what will I share with my readers.  I have a different appreciation towards the smallest things in live, its strange. All of a sudden I see things I would not previously notice.  How amazing is that.

So thank you for joining my journey.  Always remember to CELEBRATE you, life is short and it is what you make of it.  Start your journey.

Love, Cindy

When you try to start something new normally it’s because you feel stuck where you at and you feel you can do so much more with your talent and you have so much more to offer to this place humans call world right?

Well if not, that is where I am at.

Coming from humble beginnings to almost being forty (yes I have an issue with that sorry forty ladies, but I have reason!) I am frustrated at where I am in life.  I want to help people and tell my story but I don’t know where on earth to begin. I have more to give in this life. I want to change lives and help businesses. I’m not a writer and my husband has told me many times my grammar sucks, so where do I start?

Since I was little I wanted to be this CEO, drive a fancy car and travel the world. My dreams did come true, but let me tell you, it was not easy. As little girls we have no idea how big and scary this world can be, but we are fearless, we think we an become anything our hearts desire. There is no ifs, buts or I can’t. We believed unconditionally.

And maybe that is the secret to future success …  Do not question yourself or be scared, just be that little girl you were once with big dreams.

Love, Cindy

Finding your passion seems like the most impossible thing ever. Even running the comrades seems easier right?

Normally when you going through hard times you are forced to make extremely difficult  decisions, to take a real look at your life and where are you heading.  That is when we all start doubting ourselves and our self worth.

“Being happy means you’re in your bubble. ” – The Bubbles Girl

Have you ever wondered why some people just love their jobs so much, they tell will tell you this story that since they were five years old they wanted to become a doctor or whatever other fabulous job they currently have.  Well most of us can’t even remember being five years old, but this special group of people founded their passion at that age, and that is fabulous, because we need doctors.

But for the rest of us, finding your passion or what we call your BUBBLE, is like trying on different shoes, it is trying different things in life and finding the one that fits. It might take one year or 20 years, it doesn’t matter, just keep trying and smiling on this journey.  Life is a journey and it will be what you make of it.

The most important thing to do on your journey in finding your bubble, is to never stop trying, never stop believing you are worth more than what you think you are and never ever stop celebrating YOU.  We are all unique and when you realize you don’t need to be famous to make a difference, something simple as a smile to the person next to you in crazy traffic makes you a celebrity, life will start to happen for you.

Celebrate YOU.

Love, Cindy
